Wikipedia:WikiProject Minnesota/Minnesota Legislature task force

Welcome to the Minnesota Legislature task force.

This task force is a sub-project of WikiProject Minnesota and our scope includes the sessions and elections of both houses of the Minnesota Legislature, in addition to its legislators and the duties they perform. As of 2026, the task force oversees over 1,500 articles, with many needing to be de-stubbed and many more still needing to be written.

To tag articles in our scope, please include the |legislature=yes parameter to {{WikiProject Minnesota}} templates on article talk pages.

Tasks

edit

Legislative sessions

edit

Articles for all sessions must be created and be of standard quality, serving as directories for the creation of legislator articles. These can be found here:

Senate districts

edit

Some Senate districts have had pages made before the creation of this project. Almost all are substandard. These can be found here:

Legislators

edit

Coverage of state legislators from Minnesota is both incomplete and seldom thorough. This task engages in both de-stubbing existing biographies on legislators while creating new biographies as well. To help, please expand a stub on the Minnesota Legislature.
