SquadStack is a Conversational AI platform specialising in AI-enabled telesales outsourcing and customer support solutions.[1] SquadStack was founded with a mission to transform traditional telecalling into a scalable and automated revenue-generation engine for Businesses.[2] SquadStack launched an AI-driven customer support and sales solution that includes a humanoid conversational AI Voice agent[3] to help enterprises enhance efficiency and transform their support operations. History

SquadStack started as a SaaS-enabled talent marketplace[8] for inside sales and telesales. The company was founded in 2015[9] by co-founders Apurv Agrawal, Kanika Jain, Vikas Gulati, and Rishabh Ladha.[10] The early vision was to combine data science, artificial intelligence, and a distributed network of sales experts to enable consumer businesses to scale their sales operations efficiently.[11]

SquadStack addressed major pain points in traditional telesales, transforming the BPO industry with AI.[12] The hybrid model (humans + AI + data) enabled businesses to achieve flexibility, cost efficiency, and improved funnel outcomes.[13] In September 2020, SquadStack secured $5 million in a Series A funding round.[14][15] This round was led by Chiratae Ventures, with participation from existing investor Blume Ventures. In August 2022, SquadStack raised $17.5 million[16] (₹140 crore) in a Series B round. The round was led by Bertelsmann India Investments, with existing investors Chiratae Ventures and Blume Ventures also participating.[17]

In August 2025, SquadStack (rebranded as SquadStack.ai) launched its fully autonomous AI Voice Agent Stack[18] for customer sales and support.[19] This Voice AI platform is designed to manage high-velocity, end-to-end sales workflows across sectors such as lending, education, insurance, and e-commerce.[20]
