Mina Vatan Parast Tootoonsiz (Persian: مینا وطنپرست; born 10 December 1989) is an Iranian professional handball player. She has represented the Iran women's national handball team at international level and has served as team captain during major continental and world competitions.[1][2]
Club career

editVatan Parast has been a regular member of the Iran women's national handball team. She competed in the Asian Women's Handball Championship in 2021, 2022, and 2024, finishing fourth in each tournament.[5][6][7][8]
She participated in the IHF Women's World Championship in 2021, 2023, and 2025, scoring a total of 18 goals in 20 matches.[9][10][11]
