iOS 28 will be the twenty first and the next new future upcoming major release of Apple's iOS operating system for the iPhone. It will be announced in June 2027, at the 2027 Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC). It is the direct of successor to iOS 27 and will be announced alongside iPadOS 28, macOS 28, watchOS 28, visionOS 28, and tvOS 28
