ARTICLE HAS FACTUAL ERRORS
editThe page name itself is incorrect in that it should be Oakland Plantation (Natchitoches, Louisiana) NOT Natchez. Natchitoches has never, since my living in Louisiana, which has been my whole life, been called Natchez. So the page needs to be changed to reflect the needed correction. Disputed information
edit- The date in the first sentence of the "19th century" subsection (1821) conflicts with the date in first sentence of the "Oakland" section (1789) of Cane River Creole National Historical Park. Both conflict with the primary source (1785). -- Otr500 (talk) 13:01, 20 November 2024 (UTC)
