Cleanup rewrite of Xinjiang War section

The article, particularly the Xinjiang War section, needs attention as much of the content consists merely of unsourced lists of actions undertaken by the division, devoid of context. The opposite problem is also true: context is given about the event but the division is not mentioned at all. Yue🌙 21:44, 12 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
