2022 Paris shootingDecember 2022 Paris shooting – The name is kind of unspecific, as there was an earlier mass shooting in Paris that same year on 18 July, when two gunmen killed one person and wounded four others at a bar. In the grand scheme of things, Paris is a giant city and to simply label the attack "2022 Paris shooting" is not only ignorant of the prior mass shooting, but ignorant of the general situation of gun violence in the city of Paris, which has been marred by various unfortunate incidents throughout the years. The only name I can think of is December 2022 Paris shooting but I want to see if that name works for other people or if you have something better. • Oppose The mentioned 18 July shooting does not have a Wikipedia page and as such this type of disambiguation is unnecessary per WP:NOYEAR. I think there is room for a better name potentially, but this is not it. Raskuly 🐰 05:13, 27 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Oppose the other one is not notable. PARAKANYAA (talk) 20:40, 27 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
