The Jung Heng Palace (Chinese: 聯聚中衡大廈) is an under-construction skyscraper office building located in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, Xitun District, Taichung, Taiwan.[2] Upon its expected completion in 2028, it will be among the top ten tallest buildings in Taichung.[3] The architectural height of building is 169 m (554 ft), and it comprises 37 floors above ground, as well as 4 basement levels.[4] This is the third work of Lien Jade Real Estate (聯聚建設) in Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, after The Landmark (Taichung) (192 m (630 ft)) and Kuma Tower (208 m (682 ft)).[5]

Design
editJung Heng Palace was designed by Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel (ACPV).[6] The façade of the building will feature vertical pillars and horizontal louvers, integrating aluminium and weathered steel materials. The ground level will consist of a double-height lobby, while the office floors have been designed to maximize natural light entering the building. A 4-story cone-shaped gallery will be located next to the office tower, which will provide commercial and retail spaces.[7][8]
