Javad Karimi Souchelmaei (Persian: جواد کریمی سوچلمایی, born March 1, 1998, in Sari) is an Iranian volleyball player who plays as a setter for the Iranian national team and Brazilian club Minas Tênis Clube.

Person life
editOn 15 January 2026, Karimi publicly signed a letter supporting the 2025–2026 Iranian protests stating: "Now that we see the courage and heroism of our beloved people, we offer our support and empathy to our compatriots who stand against oppression and pay the price for the freedom, dignity, and future of Iran."[3]
