Elīna Kokareviča (born 12 February 1986 in Madona) is a Latvian literary scholar, writer, editor and proofreader.

Elīna Kokareviča received a master's degree in the Baltic philology studies from the Faculty of Humanities at University of Latvia. She also pursued doctoral studies, where she researched the works of Latvian-Swedish poet Juris Kronbergs. She has worked as a literary editor and at the Latvian Ornithological Society. She was one of the original founders and editors (2011 2016) of the literary website Ubi Sunt.[1] She has headed the Language Museum Association (biedrība "Valodu muzejs").[2] Since 2024, she is a board member of "Latvian PEN". Currently, she is working as a project manager at the association I Want to Help Refugees (Gribu palīdzēt bēgļiem).

In 2021, House of Languages (Valodu māja) published her short story collection "Spectres" ("Rēgi"),[3] which was her literary debut. In 2024, House of Languages published her second short story collection "Flora and Fauna" ("Flora un fauna"). Both books were nominated at the book design competition "The Golden Apple-tree" ("Zelta ābele") and also longlisted for the Annual Latvian Literature Award (LALIGABA). In 2025, she won the Egons Līvs Memorial Award for "Flora and fauna" at the "People of the Coast" ("Krasta ļaudis") award ceremony.[4]
