Abbe Kıvrık (born 28 November 1972) is a Turkish former taekwondo practitioner. She competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics, where taekwondo was a demonstration sport, in the middleweight event.[1][2][3]

Career
editAbbe Kıvrık began her taekwondo career in the late 1980s and quickly established herself as a leading athlete in Turkey. She represented Turkey at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, where taekwondo was included as a demonstration sport, competing in the middleweight category.[4]
Her most notable achievements include winning the silver medal at the 1992 European Taekwondo Championships held in Valencia, Spain, and the bronze medal at the 1996 European Taekwondo Championships in Helsinki, Finland.[5]
Throughout her career, Kıvrık demonstrated consistent performance at the European level and helped raise the profile of Turkish women in the sport of taekwondo during the 1990s.[6]
