The Canucks finished last overall in league standings for the first time since the 1971–72 season, and matched the 1998–99 season for the third worst points percentage in franchise history (.354) and the lowest number of points recorded in an 82 game season (58).[3] The Canucks also finished the season with the worst home record in franchise history, going 9–27–5 on home ice.[4]

Following the conclusion of the NHL regular season on April 17, 2026, the Canucks fired general manager Patrik Allvin.[5]
