Yam khai dao (Thai: ยำไข่ดาว, pronounced [jām kʰàj dāːw], "fried-egg spicy salad") is a Thai dish of fried chicken or duck eggs.[1] It is easy to prepare and is usually not sold in restaurants.[citation needed]
