Wilhelmøya Formation

The Wilhelmøya Formation is a geologic formation in Svalbard, Norway. The marginal marine; concretionary, sideritic sandstones preserve indeterminate ichthyosaur and plesiosaur fossils dating back to the Rhaetian period.[1]
