Active?

I was mostly just clicking random articles in the Wikipedia namespace until i find one that isn't a subsection, but this one and WikiProject Montreal are the only ones I've seen. I saw that this one was inactive, though, but the talk page shows a low, but still not nonexistent level of collaboration. Maybe remove the inactive template?
