Essay in development

I see this essay has been listed as "in development". @Cukie Gherkin @Kung Fu Man, we have been having quite a few discussions on Discord recently about notability and whether certain articles meet the standard or not. You two seem to know a lot about the standards, do you think you'd be interested in developing this essay and explaining the guidelines a little more?
