Your flag vectorizations. Urgent, please read!!!

Hello! Thanks for vectorizing the files "File:Bandera del Partido Comunista Colombiano.svg" and "File:Drapeau POI.svg"! Unfortunately, there is one very major problem with the files, you forgot to add licensing information to them. If you don't add it, they'll get deleted. I urgently ask you to please add the licensing information to the files right now because if it isn't there by Saturday, 22 November 2025 (two days time), it will get deleted! Update: I added what I think was the correct licensing information to the files last week though they still haven't been copied to Commons.
