X-rays from Li, He, H
editAs I recall, they do emit photons when excited by electrons, but their energy is too low to be called X-rays. Even for Be the energy is on the edge of the X-ray "definition". Regards. Materialscientist (talk) 23:55, 28 October 2011 (UTC)
Spectroscopy and spectrometer
