May I ask, are you using AI to assist with any of your edits? Thanks! --Magnolia677 (talk) 19:59, 13 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

For general reformatting and searching. The content that was added comes from local histories aided with Ai for easier sourcing and to save time. UnnameableMedia (talk) 12:25, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Information icon Hello, I'm Magnolia677. An edit that you recently made seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications is not allowed on Wikipedia, and may contain factually inaccurate statements, fictitious citations, or other problems. You should instead read reliable sources and then summarize those in your own words. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or ask your questions at the Teahouse, a friendly place for new users. Thanks. Stop cesnoring the edit. If you take specific issue with anything I added - we can correct it. Im not just letting Ai run wild and edit this. I am taking historical information currated by the Wabash County Museum and adding it here.. It was sourced outside of Ai edits.. My edits are WABASH related.. Information icon Please refrain from making edits generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology) to Wikipedia pages, as LLM-generated content is prohibited on Wikipedia. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you. SuperJames888 (Talk to me) 15:13, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

What specifically was wrong with the edits? I improved the pages.. Look up helpful citations instead of nuking the page back. UnnameableMedia (talk) 15:31, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Multiple AI checkers I used flagged your edit as being likely to use LLMs to do the edit. LLMs are not allowed to be used to edit Wikipedia. SuperJames888 (Talk to me) 15:49, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
I added a massive amount of local and Ai was used to format the page to help organize it.. I am the edit.. Not Ai. No Ai is talking to you or interfacing with Wikipedia making edits. I am. UnnameableMedia (talk) 15:50, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Seeing how the checker has flagged at higher then 80%, it is less likely you are using it to format your edits. SuperJames888 (Talk to me) 15:56, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

The size of that edit for how new you are to Wikipedia is abnormal, especially with the high flag percentage that the checker has on your edit. Also, that message is not fully as bad as some I have seen, but it still is a personal attack. SuperJames888 (Talk to me) 16:02, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to edit Wikipedia using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology), you may be blocked from editing. Adding LLM-generated content is prohibited on Wikipedia. Magnolia677 (talk) 15:51, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you make personal attacks on others again, as you did at User talk:UnnameableMedia, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. SuperJames888 (Talk to me) 16:05, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Rebuilding removed local-history material

edit

Several recent edits added sourced local-history material concerning Wabash County buildings, transportation, industry, canal infrastructure, churches, historic districts, and related preservation records. Much of that material was removed in bulk.

I am not asking for wholesale restoration of large sections. I will rebuild the additions in smaller sections, with each claim tied directly to a reliable source. My goal is to preserve verifiable local-history information while addressing any sourcing, formatting, or neutrality concerns raised by other editors.

For clarity, I will propose or restore the material incrementally rather than as a large rewrite. If there is a concern with a specific sentence, source, or claim, it can then be reviewed individually.

I am keeping a neutral claim-and-revert log here: User:UnnameableMedia/Wabash restoration log

Draft declined
Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. Your draft submission to Articles for creation has been reviewed but not accepted at this time.
Feedback
The reviewer, Pencilceaser123, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the subject meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for organizations and companies. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the subject in detail, excluding routine coverage like product launches, staff appointments, or financial reports and listings in databases or listicles;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the subject, such as press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
The user has repeatedly gotten in trouble for using AI to generate content and has not appeared remorseful. Its possible this article is also generated by AI. However that is not why I denied this. The organisation is just not shown to be notable. There are not enough references about the organisation itself. Find some news articles about the organisation and it should be much closer to being an actual article.
