Cited sources do not demonstrate enough notability of the subject. Most of the references are either self written or interviews which are considered primary sources in wikipedia. Other references includes profiles in University website or his workplace which are also primary. WP:GNG requires multiple independent reliable secondary sources. Also the writer of the draft has to disclose if their is any WP:COI involved.
