bummer. this is why search results pointing to hatted discussions are hard to find.

SPI 01 example

this is how the font sizes are styled in wikipedia. why.. I don't know, but it seems to be the standard

SPI 02 example

does Report date have to be a superior section? why not equal with other sections? can there be more report dates per suspected puppet, or more subcategories on the same level. so far, I have not found any. alternative, with Report date being on even level with rest of SPI report.
