Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Helios Techno Holding Co., Ltd. when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance. Thank you. @Zackmann08
Good Afternoon,
It's peculiar that the edit you reference caused an error, because I was using the mobile app reccomended edits tool, and did not manually make any changes to the Wikitext. I should add that the preview appeared normal on my device. In any case, I took a look at the changes made via the tool, and it is indeed odd how the infobox template was altered. This is a known issue with the apps. Unfortunately this happens from time to time. In any case, my note is merely a reminder. No big issue. Appreciate your additions so keep up the good work! Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 04:45, 8 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

{{censored}} is only for use on talk pages

edit

Per the documentation, this template is only to be used on talk pages, not in article space as you've done here. Please revert your addition of the tag, and perhaps see this guideline to understand why such a tag is inappropriate outside of a talk page. ~2026-30164-5 (talk) 19:59, 14 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

@~2026-30164-5 Thanks for the heads-up, I must have misremembered the use. Looks like someone already reverted it. Stickymatch 20:03, 14 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

  • Special report: What actually happened during the Wikimedia security incident?
A horrifying exploit took place, which could have had catastrophic and far-reaching consequences if used maliciously; instead, it seems to have happened by accident and was used for childish vandalism. How did this happen, and what did the script actually do?
