As informed on three ocassions (evidence: 1, 2, 3), your edits to Kim Jae-young (actor) with the inclusion of File:Kim Jae-Young.jpg (evidence: 1, 2, 3, 4), and your edits to Park Shin-hye with the inclusion of File:Park Shin-Hye, 2024.jpg (evidence: 1). Both files are considered as failing to meet English Wikipedia's image use policy and Wikimedia Commons's licensing policy hence they're considered as copyright violation, in particularly failing Commons:NETCOPYVIO as both files are taken from the internet in which quote from policy "images found on the internet are copyright-protected and may not be uploaded. The fact that an image has been posted to a publicly-available website does not give you implied permission to re-use it nor to upload it". To further evidenced my point, both files have deleted (evidence: 1, 2, 3) three times by three actioning administrators at Wikimedia Commons with their deletion rationale mentioning licensing policy.

In addition, as informed previously on my talk page on two occassions (evidence: 1, 2), failure to aheld to this message including the previous messages would be considered as failure or refusal to "get the point" and signs of disruptive editing. Failure to aheld means that you ignored this message and previous messages and continues to upload copyright violation images to Wikimedia Commons in turn adding and/or restoring and/or changing the images at articles on English Wikipedia, including but not limited to Kim Jae-young (actor) and/or Park Shin-hye.

With the above two paragraph explanation, I have answered your queries quote "may i know why i can't change the pictures? what rules should i follow exactly?" hence I expected "i'll stop asking [Paper9oll] any more questions [on this topic]" be aheld to. Please consult the WP:TEAHOUSE and WP:HELPDESK if you have any queries after reading up on English Wikipedia's image use policy, and consult the Commons:Village pump/Copyright if you have any queries after reading up on Wikimedia Commons's licensing policy.

Lastly, should such behaviour be observed moving forward, you have been informed that this would be considered as violating WP:VANDALISM#Copyright policy violations as quote from policy, "spending time communicating clearly with those who violate copyright" has been performed in the above paragraphs with referencing to official policies that explains in neutral point of view on each project's stance clearly and explicitly, this ensures and confirms that my actions is supported by official policies hence further confirming that my actions is neutral and impartial. Hence, should such behaviour be observed moving forward, quote from policy "[you have] fail[ed] to heed warnings [hence] it is at least as serious an issue as vandalism [for] persistent offenders [to] get blocked". thank you! i’ll make sure to not commit such mistakes again, and before doing anything, i’ll try to research first.
to clarify something, i’m new here as you already know but i didn’t know there was an option about seeing warnings and notifications. at first i thought you were just a random person who tried changing my edits out of context, that is why i kept changing the pictures and some small words. but now i know why you did that, so let me apologise for that, also for my misbehaviour. but may i know how Kim Jae-young’s recent press conference’s picture isn’t violating any rules? i believe it was taken from the internet as well. i’m asking to understand more and be more careful in the future.
thank you very much for answering, and sorry for bothering. Ssch.cb (talk) 19:36, 24 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
