You just need to add {{subst:afd1}} to the top of the article. It is mentioned in Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion#Manual_method. Some other points:

1. People who comment at AfDs usually demand a WP:BEFORE check first.
2. "edit history also shows repeated vandalism" isn't a good for deleting any page.
