USACE Public Laws

Concerning Flood Control Act of 1928 reference that you added, this is the only law that has any type of explanation. However, the explanation references just one part of the legislation. I'd recommend that the explanation is deleted. If you feel that the explanation is important (and it IS notable), it might be best to actually go under the main article Corps of Engineers civil works controversies.

I have restored the content and added an attribution template. Sorry for the mistake. It's okay to copy from compatibly licensed articles, but you have to give attribution so that our readers are made aware that you copied the prose rather than wrote it yourself. It's also required under the terms of the license.
