The basic problem remains: the subject does not meet our notability criteria, which are either WP:GNG or WP:PROF. For WP:PROF, he is not internationally known as an authority in his field--none of his publications have been cited more than 24 times -- in medical sciences we usually want at least one over 100.He is not head a a major national organization of editor of a major journal. For GNG, there are no substantial references to him00only notices of appointmens and minor prizes.
