Proposed deletion of Hipora

The article Hipora has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Need proof of it as well as refrences and sources.

Completely unsourced since 2006. I was unable to find any sources by searching with the placemes + Sami. This is either WP:OR or non-notable local history.
