Question from MoneyMarkDiggla (02:43, 4 February 2026)
editHello I am an artist featured on numerous albums. How can I update the listings with my information --MoneyMarkDiggla (talk) 02:43, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Please first read our guide on conflict of interest editing. If you believe the edits you want to make are suitable for inclusion in an existing article, you may make an WP:Edit request on the talk page of the relevant article, describing exactly what you want to change in the article, and providing a reliable source to support the change. DO NOT make edits to the article directly. If you want to create a new article about yourself, you are strongly advised against it as in WP:Autobiography. If you do decide to go ahead with it, please read the guidelines on WP:Notability and in particular the notability criteria for musicians and ensure that you meet the criteria. Then, you may create a WP:Draft and after you have finished writing the article, submit it through the WP:Articles for creation process. Again, DO NOT directly publish the article into mainspace; this is considered disruptive if done repeatedly. Fermiboson (talk) 21:37, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
Question from I am delicious1 (02:43, 4 February 2026)
editHi, I have heard about putting user box thingys (Idk what there called) and I don't know how to make them --I am delicious1 (talk) 02:43, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) You want to look at WP:Userboxes. There is a detailed explanation on how to use them there. If you want to make a new userbox, that will require some degree of familiarity with Wikicode. Fermiboson (talk) 21:32, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
Question from Tornado Elliott (14:07, 4 February 2026)
editwhat do you think about Draft:National bank veto? --Tornado Elliott (talk) 14:07, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Hi Elliott, did you have any specific questions regarding your draft? It's been submitted for review; there's currently a queue of submissions at AFC, but it will eventually be seen by an experienced editor for review. In the meantime, I'd suggest making sure your citations are placed after punctuation points, not before. Nil🥝 22:15, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
Administrators' newsletter – February 2026
editNews and updates for administrators from the past month (January 2026).
- Due to the result of a recent motion, a rough consensus of administrators at the arbitration enforcement noticeboard may impose an expanded topic ban on Israel, Israelis, Jews, Judaism, Palestine, Palestinians, Islam, and/or Arabs, if an editor's Arab-Israeli conflict topic ban is determined to be insufficient to prevent disruption. At least one diff per area expanded into should be cited.
- Voting in the 2026 Steward elections started on 06 February 2026 at 14:00 (UTC) and will end on 27 February 2026 at 14:00 (UTC). The confirmation process for current stewards is being held in parallel. You can automatically check your eligibility to vote.
Sam Badi Draft rejection
editI just wanted to know if you read @NeoGaze's response about Sam Badi draft and what we can do about it Chandl3r45 (talk) 10:00, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @Chandl3r45. I'm going to do a source assessment to see where we are with this.
| Source | Independent? | Reliable? | Significant coverage? | Count source toward GNG? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ~ | ✘ No | |||
| ✔ Yes | ||||
| ? Unknown | ||||
| ~ Mostly an interview. | ~ Maybe | |||
| ✔ Yes | ||||
| This table may not be a final or consensus view; it may summarize developing consensus, or reflect assessments of a single editor. Created using {{source assess table}}. | ||||
So - two okay sources, I'd usually be looking for three sources. Do you have any other ones that are particularly strong? qcne (talk) 18:47, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
- maybe this source? Chandl3r45 (talk) 23:34, 27 October 2025 (UTC)
- Might work. What do you think, @NeoGaze? qcne (talk) 10:23, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- I checked that source and it reads like a paid promotion, so I don't think it would be appropiate to count it as independent nor reliable. NeoGaze (talk) 10:43, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- this and this ? Chandl3r45 (talk) 14:48, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- That second one seems better NeoGaze (talk) 15:29, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- OK, so can I re-edit the draft, removing AMnotizie's sources? Could you point out any parts of the text that should be reorganized to be more neutral? Chandl3r45 (talk) 17:45, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Go ahead, the only issue I have with the draft right now is that the following statement "the brand has gained recognition among a youthful demographic by integrating ironic elements into contemporary fashion designs" should be attributed (ie: who or what medium is saying this, since its highly subjective). NeoGaze (talk) 19:31, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- it was specified in this AMnotizie source, I can still rephrase it as "the brand has gained recognition among a wide audience by integrating ironic elements and memes into contemporary fashion designs" Chandl3r45 (talk) 23:59, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- I removed the reject template an attributed the statement myself. When you are finished with the draft, you can notify me for a second look, or wait for another editor to review it if you prefer that. NeoGaze (talk) 08:58, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- i guess it's ok with your fix. What do you thnk? Chandl3r45 (talk) 12:21, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- I wouldn't really approve as it is now, as I don't think its fullfills the GNG criteria. NeoGaze (talk) 14:11, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Might be worth submitting for review, @Chandl3r45, and seeing what a third reviewer thinks? qcne (talk) 14:36, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- ok, i proceed! Thanks (and finger crossed) Chandl3r45 (talk) 15:36, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- fast as light! They tell me it looks like it was written by ChatGPT :D
- Which is very unlikely since we worked on it together. What do you recommend me to do? Chandl3r45 (talk) 15:45, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- Left a reply. qcne (talk) 15:51, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- That's a weird reason to decline it. I sugget waiting until more substantial coverage comes through, or the brand becomes more notable by some event. NeoGaze (talk) 16:15, 29 October 2025 (UTC)
- I just discovered that Lux-Life magazine awarded Sam Badi "Best Sustainable Streetwear Brand 2025 – Italy LUXlife Sustainability Excellence Award 2025". Source here, does this seem relevant? Chandl3r45 (talk) 12:19, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
- Certainly NeoGaze (talk) 13:12, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
- ok, I edited the draft Chandl3r45 (talk) 13:55, 31 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hi everyone! Just to be clear, should I wait for a third reviewer to issue a verdict, or can you take a look? Chandl3r45 (talk) 16:34, 4 November 2025 (UTC)
- I don't know if you read what @Vodnir wrote, but I further edited the opening, hoping to make it even more neutral. I'm not entirely clear about the request about citations; I don't understand what exactly I see being done. Chandl3r45 (talk) 23:13, 16 November 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for the mention. I’ve removed the advert and cleanup tags, and slightly neutralized some of the tone. Please consider adding stronger independent sources to help with notability. Vodnir (talk) 23:52, 16 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hi @Chandl3r45 and @Vodnir - my gut feeling is we're at the threshold of notability. I would probably recuse myself from reviewing as I've done so much work on the draft, but I think a reviewer could probably accept. qcne (talk) 11:12, 17 November 2025 (UTC)
- Hello @Qcne,
- Thank you for the time and effort you dedicate as an experienced reviewer. Your contributions to improving drafts are truly appreciated and make a meaningful impact. Vodnir (talk) 11:25, 17 November 2025 (UTC)

- Hi @Qcne,
- I did reply with all the material I found online about the brand, but I'm not sure I did the right thing! Thanks u Chandl3r45 (talk) 16:12, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Qcne
- It's possible that my issues with Sam Badi draft can be resolved by rewriting the draft in line with Wikipedia's WP:NPOV, WP:PEACOCK and WP:PUFFERY and search about the quality resources on an independent platform according to WP:RS, WP:GNG and WP:ORG? Chandl3r45 (talk) 17:26, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
- Hi @Chandl3r45. Yep, that would certainly help! qcne (talk) 18:00, 19 January 2026 (UTC)
- @Qcne Do you have any suggestions? Should I modify the existing draft, or can you help me build a new draft elsewhere? Chandl3r45 (talk) 12:58, 16 February 2026 (UTC)

editThe Help Project is holding a discussion on planning help pages to provide instructions for editors on how to use AI apps to work on Wikipedia pages. We're currently brainstorming the kinds of things AI apps can be used for, and the types of pages these can be applied to, in order to choose what help page to draft first. Drafting a how-to help page, and trying out the tools to test work flows (instructions), may provide much insight into the practicalities to apply and pitfalls to avoid in the use of AI on Wikipedia (all namespaces). editwhat can I do better so I can get Athazagoraphobia published and could you help me with it? Ghostrider00 (talk) 16:12, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Hi @Ghostrider00, because Wikipedia is not a dictionary, we don't accept articles that are simply definitions of neologisms, as they don't meet our notability criteria. If you're able to find multiple sources that discuss Athazagoraphobia in-depth (meeting WP:GOLDENRULE), then an article might be viable if it's expanded beyond a definition. edithello can i be paid for my work --Emmanuel Anane Principle (talk) 03:59, 26 February 2026 (UTC)
- (talk page stalker) Hi @Emmanuel Anane Principle! Wikipedia is a volunteer-run encyclopedia, which means that we don't get paid for our contributions.
- If someone is paying you to edit Wikipedia, or you are editing on behalf of someone you have a pecuniary relationship with (such as your employer, a client, or similar), then you must follow the guidelines at WP:Paid-contribution disclosure before making such edits.
