These tools are prone to specific issues that violate our policies:
- hallucinations: they often invent false information and cite non-existent references.
- unencyclopedic tone: they tend to be vague, promotional, or essay-like, rather than neutral and factual.
- copyright issues: they may closely paraphrase existing text, leading to copyright violations.
Instead, only summarize in your own words a range of independent, reliable, published sources that discuss the subject.
See the advice page on large language models for more information.Don't say "So and so analyse the play" and "Further discussion appears in journal and journal", tell us as an encyclopedia would describe what was said.
On the topic of the journal entries, if it was written by the same author as the creator of the work, then it is not an independent source.Next steps

editHi @Prabeshghimire82, not sure if you saw my message here about Broadway World being an unreliable source, and the reason why I removed it from Watchlist (play), you can read more about it one the Reliable sources/Perennial sources board at its entry WP:BROADWAYWORLD. Hope that helps. Bobby Cohn đ (talk) 14:49, 8 June 2026 (UTC)
