Your submission at Articles for creation: Sheikhs of Tavil (July 20)

edit
Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Cerebellum was:
This submission appears to read more like an advertisement than an entry in an encyclopedia. Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. If you still feel that this subject is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, please rewrite your submission to comply with these policies.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.

The page is partly based on 3 other wiki-pages on the subject:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheikh_Ali_Hisam-ad-Din_Naqshbandi

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uthman_Sirâj-ud-Dîn_Naqshbandi

And the name of the family is well known as the sheikhs of Tavil, or the Tavili sheikhs, as its proven in the wiki-page:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naqshbandi_Golden_Chain#Tavîlî_Chain

The Tavili chain, is the name of the spiritual lineage that the family represent, hence the name "Sheikhs of Tavil".

Hello.

I have re-written the page, to a more neutral page.

The page is based on two other wiki-pages on the subject, for example:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sheikh_Ali_Hisam-ad-Din_Naqshbandi

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uthman_Sirâj-ud-Dîn_Naqshbandi

And the name of the family is well known as the sheikhs of Tavil, or the Tavili sheikhs, as its proven in the wiki-page:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naqshbandi_Golden_Chain#Tavîlî_Chain

The Tavili chain, is the name of the spiritual lineage that the family represent, hence the name "Sheikhs of Tavil".

The sheikhs of Tavil has a lot of different pages, especially on Turkish, as is the sources I have cited on the page, their family tree etc.

https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Şah_Ali_Hüsameddin

https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muhammed_Bahâeddin_et-Tavilî

https://tr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osman_Sirâceddîn_et-Tavilî

Hope you find it interesting. Thank you a lot.

Kind regards Zhelwan.

I am writing to respectfully draw attention to the fact that Berun Omar Fatah is a recognized public figure within the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. As can be seen from the images on the Wikipedia page, he is connected to prominent Kurdish leaders such as Nechirvan Barzani, Bafel Talabani, and Qubad Talabani.
His political party, the National Reform Movement, has been invited to various negotiations and has a sufficient number of members to be acknowledged by all major parties in the region.
Furthermore, Mr. Fatah frequently gives interviews to major Kurdish media outlets such as NRT, Rudaw, Gali Kurdistan, and Kurdsat, among others.
He is regularly invited to meetings at several foreign consulates, including the German and Dutch consulates. Most recently, he was invited by the Chinese Consul General, which was even published on the official Facebook page of the Chinese Consulate - they acknowledge Mr. Fatah, and his political movement as legitimate, and I hope this will be taken into consideration in the ongoing deletion discussion. I would like to send you images and attach relevant documents, but I understand that this is not possible through this message.
Could you please let me know where I can send them?
If further information is needed, or if there are specific elements that should be edited or improved to meet Wikipedia’s guidelines, I would be more than happy to assist. Ottomanhistoria (talk) 11:40, 17 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for taking a look. I created these pages as faithful translations of the existing Turkish Wikipedia articles. I didn’t add new claims or remove material; I carried over the content and citations as they appear on the Turkish versions. The topics are already covered there with multiple sources, and non-English, reliable sources are valid on Wikipedia.
If the concern is attribution or formatting, I’m happy to fix that immediately (e.g., by adding the
template on the talk page, improving citations, and polishing style). If notability or sourcing needs to be clearer in English, I can also add additional references and context. These are all issues that can be improved without deletion.
Given that the content is verifiable in the Turkish sources and can be improved here, I don’t see a strong reason to delete. Please consider keeping the articles (or, if needed, merging/redirecting) rather than deleting. I’m glad to collaborate on any fixes. Ottomanhistoria (talk) 16:02, 7 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
