Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by MatthewVanitas was:
While this is a very interesting topic, there are some big issues to address:
  • You need to remove all opinion terms. Wikipedia doesn't describe things as "unique", "fortunate", "wonderful", "tragic", we simply state the bare facts and let the reader make their opinion.
  • What you're doing is not what footnotes are for, we use footnotes for citing WP:Sourcing, like that book or news article verifies a given fact. While there are some Wikipedia articles that also have ancillary annotations for comments, generally it's not a good idea to use footnotes for discursive explanations.
  • The way Wikipedia avoids discursive explanations is through WP:Wikilinks. Rather than get into an explanation here of the Qajar era, you can just link Qajar dynasty. That helps us keep the article tightly focused on the specific topic of Forg Castle.
  • The biggest issue, you haven't provided sourcing, you've just stated a very large number of facts and just asked us to trust you. That's not how encyclopedias work, you must clearly cite history books, academic journal articles, etc that prove these facts. Important note: you do not have to cite any fact that is not directly tied to Forg Castle, so a proposed construction date of the castle, yes you have to cite that, but you don't have to cite a source for the dates of the Qajar dynasty. Makes sense?
This is a cool topic, and your enthusiasm is great, but Wikipedia doesn't just publish essay-style papers from individuals, we publish as a WP:Tertiary source digesting and citing existing writings. If you're willing to work with us on that, we can move this article steadily forward. If you would like to speak to a volunteer mentor for ideas, check in at WP:Teahouse.
