Based on your comment here on the talk page of John Vandenberg, I suspect that this account is a sock puppet of banned users Bluemarine and MattSanchez. I have made a report to WP:AE, as I believe the operating such an account (even if not editing mainspace) is a violation of remedy 8.3.1 in the recent ArbCom decision. The report is here.
