  • Special report: What actually happened during the Wikimedia security incident?
A horrifying exploit took place, which could have had catastrophic and far-reaching consequences if used maliciously; instead, it seems to have happened by accident and was used for childish vandalism. How did this happen, and what did the script actually do?

Central Wisconsin Catholic Conference

Thank you for your assessment of my article on the CWCC. I noticed that the class was changed from B-class to Start-class, could you please elaborate on your rationale for this change? Moserjames79 (talk) 17:55, 1 April 2026 (UTC)

Going too fast and not looking at the right page, I have changed it back to B-class. M4V3R1CK32 (talk) 18:08, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
I appreciate you taking a second look, thanks! I also noticed that you assessed my Braveland Conference article, that was the first one I created and I would really like to get it to GA class. Any pointers on how to do that? Moserjames79 (talk) 18:37, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
I think you are probably extremely close already! WP:WIAGA has more on the criteria and WP:GANI has more on the actual nomination process, which can be a touch confusing (I imagine you are already familiar with these but wanted to include just in case). In my quick scan and with the topic being what it is, it seems like it meets comprehensiveness and stability requirements and is well-written. Your images should be fine for the copyright stuff.
I would double check all the citations, make sure they match up with the content. That's where I always get tripped up (going too fast, a shock, I know!) Looks like there are a couple of paragraphs from 1980-onward that do not end with citations. Some GA reviewers (myself included) want to see those final sentences end with citations, so you may need to move or add some. WP:INTEGRITY is what we would usually cite, perhaps to excess degree.
Read it out loud and check for flow and organization. I find I often catch strange things reading aloud that my internal monologue misses.
You could always submit it to WP:PEERREVIEW for a closer eye before the GA process, but I am not sure that's necessary. The article looks to be in really solid shape. Good luck! M4V3R1CK32 (talk) 18:59, 1 April 2026 (UTC)
