Also... that's a large editnotice, and it looks like "regular" text. Have you considered putting it in a box, or some other kind of style that would allow quickly indentifying it as an editnotice? For a moment I thought I had clicked at the wrong place and that I had been taken somewhere else. You should remove the fr-0 userbox and add the fr-1 userbox. I believe it would be more appropriate because (no offence) many wikipedians on fr.wiki are wondering why you have an account if you can barely understand French (as indicated on your user page). No. I believe editing under another username/account is useless because the contributions are basically lost. Moreover, you need to "start over" with a new account, so fr.wiki will just need to do without me for a little while. I'm getting tired of Wikipedia anyways... Always the same problems, the same bots talking back at you, the administrators (I won't say more on that subject), etc. Everybody will get what they were aiming for in a couple of weeks, when I will meet with the heads of Wikipedia in San-Fransico. I would not call it condescending since they are administrators. In fact, I don't know why you thought it was a good idea to bring up irrelevant things such as your wealth/income, education, and in particular, their education.

My formula for determining whether someone is disruptive or not is mainly the number of people opposing and/or supporting that person. If other people are making comments like "Stop!" or "your money nor your education is going to unblock you" (declining admin's comment on frwiki), it's you who's being disruptive, not them. Pretty hard to do considering that I am in a university's library, which contains more or less 200 computers all connected to the same modified closed-circuit rooter. Therefore, when visiting a website, the computers are always sending the same information concerning the IP address. Oh, and by the way, we installed a new program on our computers called "Hide My IP." It comes useful to counter blocks. Now don't think about the worst yet. We do that because, as you should know, university students are continually deleting and adding inappropriate content to Wikipedia. Therefore, when the time comes for a student (who has no account) to check something on Wikipedia, he activates the software and can read, edit, do whatever he feels like, on condition that he is not deteriorating the encyclopedia (we would know since we have specialized staff, administrators on en.wiki, verifying that all day). As for the others who have their own accounts, they log on before editing to prevent encountering issues on-line. Anything else? --MaxAMSC (talk) 03:10, 14 March 2012 (UTC)

He could've used a Tor node or just changing his IP address, but CheckUsers are not fooled (they can see private IP addresses and even browser versions). Hi Jasper,

You reverted my reversion of the comparison of ::1 with 127.0.0.0/8 on IPv6 address. Could you explain why comparison of a single IPv6 address with a /8 network in IPv4 makes sense, instead of the comparison of two single addresses?

Technically, any address that is 127.x.x.x, not just 127.0.0.1, can be used, so it's not really a valid comparison to say 127.0.0.1 is the only equivalent to ::1, since 127.3.6.3 etc. is also an equivalent. While it's generally impolite to edit others' userpages, you do not own it and things against Wikipedia policy can be removed by other editors. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:MikeWazowski is harrassing me. I'm trying to add information about a screening for The Dark Knight Rises and he keeps deleting it saying that no one will care. How does he get to decide what's important and what's not important. I've cited the material. Shouldn't he take this to the talk page.
