Before adding a category to an eponymous category, as you did to Category:Nirgua, please make sure that every article in the eponymous category really belongs in the newly-added category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be consistent with WP:EPONYMOUS. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. please be careful about which categories you add when you create an WP:Epon category. Backlog update

At the time of this message, there are 15,282 articles and 32,951 redirects awaiting review.

After the January–February drive the article backlog was reduced to 15,179 articles and the redirect backlog to 19,053 respectively. Great job! However, both queues are growing rapidly and any additional reviews are highly appreciated.

2024 and 2025 NPP Awards

JTtheOG was selected as the NPP reviewer of the year for both 2024 and 2025, for reviewing the most articles amongst all reviewers.

Hey man im josh and MPGuy2824 won the Redirect Ninja Master Award for 2024 and 2025 respectively, for reviewing the most redirects.

Overall in 2024, one Platinum, two Gold, eight Silver, 12 Bronze and 45 Iron Barnstars were awarded. Additionally, 66 reviewers got the NPP barnstar for doing more than 100 reviews through the year. Kind regards. Thank you very much for your work @Wilfredor:, Venezuela remains an undercovered topic in Wikipedia and contributions like this are quite needed and welcome. As you might already know, I'm under active topic restrictions and I want to be as respectful as possible of them, including anything remotely resembling proxy editing, so I won't discuss or comment on content, either here or anywhere else. However, I can comment that there are still many Venezuelan films in Spanish that I would like to translate into English, continuing to help with the Venezuelan cinema task force. I likewise have been thinking for some time of starting the article for the metroidvania Princess Pomu and the 5 Moons if I find enough coverage, created by Venezuelan developers.

Please stop creating categories that contain only 1 article

Hello, NoonIcarus. Thank you for contributing to the categorization of articles. I noticed that you have created a significant number of categories that contain only 1 article. This is unhelpful for navigation has the parent categories are not large enough to warrant diffusion. Please understand that this categorization is not for users to diffuse every film article into its own year+country category simply because 1 such article exists. There is no official threshold, but per CfD consensus for this categorization, it should contain at least 5 (maybe 4) articles. Unless you are certain it will group that many articles, do not venture to create such a category. Leave the articles in decade categories, or even century categories if the decade categories are similarly too small. Most of these will require upmerging, further clogging up CfD. I rarely create categories with only one article and most of the subcategories recently created at Category:Venezuelan films by year can be populated further, namely at Category:1990s Venezuelan films and Category:2010s Venezuelan films, but I cannot do it out of compliance with current topic restrictions.

Replacing User:Kephir/gadgets/rater with User:Evad37/rater

Hi NoonIcarus, I noticed you used User:Kephir/gadgets/rater to edit Talk:Escapex, which accidentally added a parameter which is no longer supported by {{WikiProject Apps}}. I recommend replacing Kephir's version of the rater gadget (which hasn't been touched in 5 years) with User:Evad37/rater's version instead which is more up to date (e.g. proper support for {{WikiProject banner shell}}).
