HI, so how do I make changes on this article. We have changes we need to make that are not from an article of such. More of an in person agreement. Factualy information, I'm happy to disclose that I'm apart of the project I'm writing for. Jackson.ironstone (talk) 15:05, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
Read and follow the points in, and linked-to in, the above notice. - Arjayay (talk) 15:09, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
the only source talking about it is an old newspaper article.
This particular person is no longer acting as your manager.
she wants to keep Anonymous
and her role isn't significant to understanding the band's history.
We just want a couple of lines and sources removed, Nothing else Jackson.ironstone (talk) 15:13, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Okay, I just need some help here in regards to fixing it up. We're happy to start over and write a fresh page. Jackson.ironstone (talk) 15:39, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
@Jackson.ironstone the process is to create a formal edit request which clearly lays out what you would like changing, why, and (most importantly!) providing a reliable published source for any additions or changes. This is non-negotiable and how Wikipedia works. Please please follow that process I linked earlier at Wikipedia:Edit Request Wizard and stop editing the article directly yourself, or you will be blocked. qcne (talk) 15:41, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
I have requested. But how are we supposed to request an edit that's not an article. it's a request FROM us, is that not a reliable source? Direct from the subject... Jackson.ironstone (talk) 15:45, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
No, @Jackson.ironstone. Wikipedia's core content policy is Wikipedia:Verifiability: this means that every piece of information in an article on Wikipedia should be accompanied with a reliable published source to allow a reader to verify the information is accurate. We can not accept your thoughts, beliefs, or any unpublished records as a source even if you know them to be true. This is our most important policy. qcne (talk) 15:48, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
Okay that's fine, What if it was just the removal of a particular part? ' Yes there is a source out there, but can I just remove the info as it's not important?
"and also co-wrote material with Edward Warren."
I would not be adding any extra information, Just removing any un necessary parts Jackson.ironstone (talk) 15:50, 13 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
In your edit request you can also say what bits of information are to be removed, as long as it's justified. i.e. encyclopaedically not valuable, incorrect (but then you need a source to prove it is incorrect), libellious, serious privacy concerns etc. Unexplained removals are often reverted (which is what has happened in this case).
