- Unless I've missed it, there's not actually a requirement to start with level 1 (and indeed, we have the "only warning" templates that suggest this is the case.) Given the user's aggressive statements on several fronts making up a significant portion of their activity, I felt it best to start with something besides the most genteel, but short of the "warning" level. - @SomeoneDreaming, I closed another discussion because it looked like everything got resolved. If it comes up again with the same violations, please take it straight to WP:ANI and ask for a nuke due to the draft's likely ineligibility for a speedy.
