RfC

edit

There is an RfC on Classical music, and you might be the right person to close it. -- Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:23, 30 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I know the little ?emoji? (bouncing up and down graphic above) suggests you may be a bit bad-tempered, but do(n't) you think a week for this ?infraction? may be a tad excessive? Don't really see how it benefits readers, Maculosae tegmine lyncis (talk) 11:16, 1 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
The week block is somewhere between proportional and light. Gerda was previously topic banned from infoboxes by the committee. -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 12:05, 1 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Are you referring to this lapsed non-topic ban? Maculosae tegmine lyncis (talk) 12:49, 1 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yup, and therefore she is very much aware that higher behavioral standards apply in the topic area -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 17:35, 1 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
I don't understand what's going on here as well as you do, but you have described your ban as "to enforce an arbitration decision" (and logged this as an instance of arbitration enforcement); what is the arbitration decision you are enforcing? is enforcement by an arbitrator the same as arbitration enforcement? Thank you, Maculosae tegmine lyncis (talk) 20:37, 1 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Back from the unplanned vacation you gave me: can we agree that I was never topic-banned? - In case Mrs. Guerillero still likes inspiration for vacation, January and March 2026 were the most interesting places. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:43, 8 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Can we agree that I was never topic-banned? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:21, 12 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Yes, but for the purposes of awareness, what I was bringing up, the exact contours of the arbcom sanction is neither here nor there -- Guerillero Parlez Moi 21:48, 13 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
I understand yes, but not the rest (perhaps because it's past 1 am where I live). I have a FAC open, in case of interest, and need sleep now. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 23:19, 13 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
The cantata is on the main page today. I came too late for a TFA, distracted. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 07:34, 14 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Today: Felicity Lott. My story. If you have time, listen to her singing Friendly Vision, with the word "peace" (Frieden) floating up high, softly and serenely. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:48, 20 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
update: Gott fähret auf mit Jauchzen, BWV 43 is now a FA. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 19:10, 10 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
