Welcome!
editHello, Heldmacj, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. You may also want to check out the Teahouse, a community of Wikipedia editors dedicated to helping new users. Below are some resources to help you get started editing.

Please refrain from making edits generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology) to Wikipedia pages, such as those you made to Echocardiography, as LLM-generated content is prohibited on Wikipedia. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Your text appears to have been generated using a LLM. Notice to instructor, DrKostaPopovic. - Hello, I am wondering why the edits were flagged for LLM. After the edits made were flagged, I checked our edits with Pangram, and they confirmed that they were 100% human. I made mistakes on my first edit because I did not understand the exact position my teammates should have gone so I made a second edit to fix it. I copied and pasted the edits we made in our sandbox to the main article. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused I was only trying to improve the echocardiography article. If there is certain language that is inappropriate for a wiki article, I can also change that too. Heldmacj (talk) 01:57, 20 May 2026 (UTC)
- Hello again - as explained in the WP:AISIGNS guide, and by experience with LLM detectors, text appearing to be LLM-written may be legitimately composed by the editor, as you say is your case. Your practice of drafting in your sandbox and having classmates proofread your edit is correct and encouraged.
- Wikipedia is fluid, and reverted edits can be reinstated, if well-sourced. I felt your text in Special:Diff/1354883325 was long-winded and over-technical for the minor points being made - please adhere to WP:CONCISE, and go ahead with another edit.
- Also, I encourage your class to follow WP:MOS for maintaining Wikipedia's style, particularly MOS:SECTIONS. Medical articles follow WP:MEDMOS. Good luck! Zefr (talk) 03:06, 20 May 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you so much! Heldmacj (talk) 03:08, 20 May 2026 (UTC)
