Your submission at Articles for creation: SoftQuantus (January 12)
edit
- in-depth (not just brief mentions about the subject or routine announcements)
- reliable
- secondary
- strictly independent of the subject
- If you would like to continue working on the submission, go to Draft:SoftQuantus and click on the "Edit" tab at the top of the window.
- If you do not edit your draft in the next 6 months, it will be considered abandoned and may be deleted.
- If you need any assistance, or have experienced any untoward behavior associated with this submission, you can ask for help at the Articles for creation help desk, on the reviewer's talk page or use Wikipedia's real-time chat help from experienced editors.
- Thank you for the review.
- To better address the comment “No sources”, could you please clarify which specific statements or sections require sourcing (e.g., company history, product description, benchmarks), and the type of sources expected (independent secondary coverage versus factual registry sources)?
- This will help me revise the draft in line with Wikipedia’s policies before resubmitting. HCPcomputing (talk) 13:20, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
- You need sources to establish notablility. Also, the draft was speedy deleted as an ad. CabinetCavers (thou shalt speaketh) 15:10, 14 January 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Draft:SoftQuantus
edit
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Draft:SoftQuantus, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. – Quinn ΘΔ 13:13, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
- I contest this speedy deletion.
- This draft was created in good faith as an Articles for Creation submission and is currently being rewritten to address Wikipedia policies. I acknowledge that the current version does not yet meet notability and tone requirements.
- I am actively removing promotional language, reducing product detail, and restructuring the draft toward a neutral, encyclopedic description while seeking appropriate independent secondary sources. This page is not intended as advertising, and I respectfully request that it not be deleted under G11 while these policy-aligned changes are in progress.
- Thank you for your consideration. HCPcomputing (talk) 13:17, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
Block notice
edit
If you intend to make useful contributions instead of promoting your business or organization, you may request unblock and a username change. In your reasons, you must follow all these steps:
- Disclose any compensation you may receive for your contributions in accordance with the paid-contribution disclosure requirement; and
- Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked; and
- Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked; and
- Provide a new username.
To do this, insert the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with your new username and replace the text "Your reason here" with your reasons to be unblocked. If you are having trouble, you may want to try using the unblock wizard.
Before requesting a new username, check if it is still available. If the search says "There is no global account for [username]", the username is free to use.
Appeals: If, after reviewing the guide to appealing blocks, you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal it by adding the text{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the bottom of your talk page. Replace the text "Your reason here" with the reasons you believe the block was an error, and publish the edit. Deb (talk) 13:30, 14 January 2026 (UTC)

Requested username:
Request reason:
- I understand that my account was blocked because it was used in a way that appeared promotional and because my previous username gave the impression of representing an organization, which is against Wikipedia’s purpose and username policy.
- I disclose that I am associated with SoftQuantus innovative OÜ. I do not receive compensation specifically for editing Wikipedia, but I acknowledge that my past edits related to that organization constituted a conflict of interest and created the appearance of paid or promotional contributions.
- I understand the reason for my block and I will not repeat the behavior that led to it. If unblocked, I will not edit articles related to SoftQuantus or to any organization, project, or product with which I am affiliated.
- If unblocked, I intend to make neutral and constructive contributions unrelated to my professional activities, such as copyediting, improving clarity and grammar, adding citations to existing articles, and contributing to general topics in computing and technology where I have no conflict of interest.
- I am requesting a username change to remove any impression of organizational representation and to fully comply with Wikipedia’s username policy. HCPcomputing (talk) 13:39, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
Decline reason:
(Non-administrator comment) What is your exact affiliation with SoftQuantas? If you are employed by them, then you are a paid editor. It would not matter whether or not you are being paid specifically to edit Wikipedia; your employment by itself would trigger the requirement for disclosure. --Drm310 🍁 (talk) 14:33, 14 January 2026 (UTC)
You haven't chosen a new username. Please do so and update the unblock template accordingly. -MPGuy2824 (talk) 08:50, 24 April 2026 (UTC)
