Why here

I noticed that you created Wikipedia:WikiProject AI in Korean Wikipedia.

What does this page have to do with the English Wikipedia?

If this is a research project, then it belongs on Meta-Wiki in the Research: namespace. If it is about translating articles into Korean, then it belongs at the Korean Wikipedia. And if it's not about improving the English Wikipedia, then it's not a "WikiProject" by our local definition, because Wikipedia:A WikiProject is a group of people who want to work together to improve this Wikipedia – not some other Wikipedia.
