Hello @Doug Weller, thank you for reaching out, and for the reminder.

I apologize if my tone in the recent discussion has become overly strong. That was not my intent, and I will certainly be more careful to phrase my concerns in a less confrontational manner moving forward.

I do want to point out that I have consistently maintained a focus exclusively on content and sourcing, and I have never questioned the motives of any other editor.

I can confirm that the editor I have been replying to, however, made and then retracted accusations concerning my motives (specifically alleging that I am a "single-purpose account," conspiring with another user, pushing a POV, etc.).

My intention remains simply to ensure that claims in the article are supported by verifiable, high-quality sources, and I hope we can all continue the discussion on that basis. Regards. Gottagitgud (talk) 09:59, 13 December 2025 (UTC)
