Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by RangersRus was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Thank you for the response. One of the references that I included, which is a book published in Persian has a significant account about the man for whom I’m trying to create this page, but this book has not been translated to English yet. Would you accept my translation of it with the page number and other details so you can review and authorize the release of my article? Please let me know. This is very important to me as this person is my great grandfather and I want to make sure that he is not erased from history. I have also written a book about him, which is in review for publication. your help and consideration is greatly appreciated.
