Hi Endofix, and thank you for your feedback. At the top of your screen, you should see a series of options that goes:

Endofix My talk My preferences My watchlist My contributions Log out

The "My preferences" menu has a number of tabs which you can explore to set your account up the way you want it. I hope this answers your query, if not, please feel free to elaborate either here or on my talkpage, or try the help desk.
