Thanks for uploading File:Lehmann Aviation Wing.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.
If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either
make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.
If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-enwikimedia.org.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 12:30, 3 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Elbe Philharmonic Hall, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page ASAA (check to confirm|fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ• Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Your account has been blocked indefinitely for advertising or promotion and violating the Wikimedia Foundation's Terms of Use. This is because you have been making promotional edits to topics in which you have a financial stake, yet you have failed to adhere to the mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a form of conflict of interest (COI) editing which involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is strictly prohibited. Using this site for advertising or promotion is contrary to the purpose of Wikipedia.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, please read our guide to appealing blocks to understand more about unblock requests, and then add the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} at the end of your user talk page. For an unblock to be considered, you must:
Confirm that you have read and understand the Terms of Use and paid editing disclosure requirements.
State clearly how you are being compensated for your edits, and describe any affiliation or conflict of interest you might have with the subjects you have written about.
Describe how you intend to edit such topics in the future.
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).
I'm declining your appeal because it doesn't in any way address the reasons for your block, namely promotional and likely paid editing. DoubleGrazing (talk) 07:01, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hello Jim, thank you for reviewing the draft. I understand your concern regarding promotional tone and references.
I’d like to clarify that X-1 Jets has received independent coverage in multiple established publications, including:
- AIN Online – coverage of the JetCard launch in June 2025
- Elite Traveler – feature on the $1.5M ACJ TwoTwenty World Tour (2024)
- Ultimate Jet – company profile (2023)
- Private Air New York – article on bespoke experiences
- Luxury Guide USA – coverage of curated private aviation products
These sources are independent, reliable, and secondary — not company press releases. I can rework the draft to:
- Remove promotional language and stick to neutral, encyclopedic tone.
- Focus only on verifiable facts covered by third-party sources.
- Provide proper inline citations.
Would you agree that a revised draft with neutral language and independent sources (like AIN Online and Elite Traveler) could meet Wikipedia’s notability and verifiability standards?
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).
I respectfully request a review of the permanent block placed on my account. While I understand that Wikipedia maintains strict standards against promotional content, I believe this block is disproportionate and may unintentionally place this organization at a disadvantage compared to competitors who already have published articles.
Specifically:
Companies in the same industry, such as NetJets and VistaJet, have dedicated pages. Preventing the existence of a page on X-1 Jets — despite its coverage in reliable, independent sources such as AIN Online, Elite Traveler, Ultimate Jet, and Luxury Guide USA — creates a perception of unequal treatment.
My intention was not to promote, but to create a factual, neutrally written page supported by secondary sources, in line with Wikipedia’s notability and verifiability policies.
I acknowledge that the original draft may have contained wording that read as promotional. I am willing to fully rewrite the article in strict encyclopedic style, remove all non-independent references, and rely only on third-party coverage.
For these reasons, I respectfully request:
Reconsideration of the permanent block, and restoration of my ability to contribute.
The opportunity to submit a neutral draft in line with Wikipedia’s standards.
This request is made in good faith, with full respect for Wikipedia’s policies and editorial guidelines. My sole aim is to ensure that readers have access to accurate, independently sourced information, consistent with how competitor companies are represented.
Your appeal needs to focus on the benefit to Wikipedia of having you as an editor rather than the commercial disadvantage to your company of maintaining the block. Cabayi (talk) 08:24, 27 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
