- Sorry, I'm just seeing your message today. You make an interesting suggestion. Action on notifications is divided. I post notifications to draft creators and so do editors who tag expired drafts for CSD G13 for admin attention. Explicit occasionally posts notifications if a bot has made the last edit but doesn't normally do so for regularly expiring drafts. I think the key is that the drafts appearing on this list are a small fraction of CSD G13s we see daily, most of which we catch from the daily User:SDZeroBot/G13 soon list. I would say that it couldn't hurt to post notifications but we'll need to alert the editors who help us out with G13 taggings, like User:Vanderwaalforces. But I appreciate you strategizing for new ways to help us with our daily tasks. Liz Read! Talk! 02:22, 17 January 2025 (UTC)
- @Vanderwaalforces uses this report to tag drafts for G13, so I do not think he would have any issue with us automating the process. Since the report is accurate, there is no risk of incorrect tagging. This would put all eligible drafts into the deletion category, where other admins can also assist. I believe this would be really useful, so if there are no concerns about using a bot, please let me know, and I will file a BRFA. - DreamRimmer, it looks like the bot is now posting notifications to draft creators of articles that appear on this list, is that true? I'll also ping Vanderwaalforces since they also post notices when they tag expiring drafts. Also, the reports used to always be issued at x:02 but the new posting times are much more varied now.
