Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Native American tribes in Virginia. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. You have been blocked from editing for a period of 60 hours for adding spam links. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia and potentially penalized by search engines. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you believe that there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Acroterion (talk) 21:43, 23 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
This is not spam - while it is a promotional website of sorts, there is no money involved. It is a link to a website created to share a website created for descendants of the Virginia Wicocomico tribe in our quest for state recognition. It is a genealogy based website. We share family stories, family trees and family photos. Please unblock me so that those who are seeking to discover their Wicocomico roots may have access to the best source. Thank you. You are promoting that website and the purpose this encyclopedia is not to aide any quest. If you would like to make constructive, not promotional edits, please follow the instructions in the block notice to request unblocking. Please be aware that if you continue to make promotional edits after your block expires, you will be reblocked. As you have a conflict of interest, please read and heed WP:COI. Thanks. -- Deepfriedokra (talk) 15:36, 24 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
Whatever. I've logged out of Wikipedia and won't attempt to log back in, no matter how incorrect the information is that's already there. Djpacorn (talk) 16:17, 24 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
