Your edit at Arne Quinze

edit

I have reverted your edit at Arne Quinze as it added unreferenced extraneous information about someone unconnected to the subject. Adam Black talk contribs 15:49, 4 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Your vision

edit

What an amazing vision you had 18 months ago. It turned out perfectly! So delighted to be part of the journey with you. I am still glowing with joy in how it turned out and hope you are, too. --Rosiestep (talk) 05:28, 8 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thank you, I will try to do this. What mistake did I miss? I am dyslexic so I sometimes do not see my own mistakes but I am so keen to contribute especially in the scope of jewellery and gemmology CoraDara (talk) 11:47, 27 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Cut (gems), disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 19:07, 26 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for sending me this link, I must stay as a dyslexic with ADHD the length of this article is very off putting and overwhelming. Could you let me know what exactly i could have done better on this occasion, I am new to editing and still learning. Thank you CoraDara (talk) 11:45, 27 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
I absolutely sympathize - I have family members with dyslexia. And is MOS is huge. I would suggest trying to read one little section every day, and then having someone else look over your work before you submit it.
At Cut (gems), you left out multiple verbs.
At Facet (disambiguation), you added a helpful link, but created a sentence that didn't make sense.
At Dumortierite and elsewhere, you included unnecessary capital letters.
I hope this helps. Thank you, Jessicapierce (talk) 14:22, 27 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, I can't believe I left a trail of errors. I guess I need someone else to proof all my additions to wikipedia, where will be no other way. We all have to live with in the limitations that are our own reality 82.71.0.106 (talk) 14:39, 28 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
