Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "CoeusStrategies", may not comply with our username policy. You may not use a username that represents the name of an organization, product, or service, such as "XYZ Company", "MyWidgetsUSA.com", and "Foobar Museum of Art". However, you are permitted to use a username that contains such a name if it identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87", but not your role, such as "SEO Manager at XYZ Company".
Wikipedia prohibits accounts shared by multiple people and you may not advocate for or promote any topic regardless of your username. Please read our paid editing policy and our conflict of interest guideline. If you are a single individual and are willing to contribute to Wikipedia neutrally, please request a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest. Alternatively, you can just create a new account and use that for editing. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. Thank you. - TurquoiseGoose•they/them•(talk) 19:27, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
- I submitted for a compliant username through the Special:GlobalRenameRequest form. CoeusStrategies (talk) 20:22, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
Hello, CoeusStrategies. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Draft:Cuby Technologies, Inc., you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. We ask that you:
- Avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors
- Disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI)
- Propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the Edit Request Wizard), including links or details of reliable sources that support your suggestions
- Avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming)
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation for any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
See the FAQ for article subjects for more information.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. - TurquoiseGoose•they/them•(talk) 20:11, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you for the note, TurquoiseGoose. You're right that I have a conflict of interest, and I want to handle this correctly.
- To disclose: I am a consultant engaged by Cuby Technologies, Inc. through my firm, Coeus Strategies LLC, and I am compensated for work that includes the Draft:Cuby Technologies, Inc. page. I have now added the required paid-contribution disclosure to my user page and a {{Connected contributor (paid)}} notice to the draft's talk page.
- Going forward I will: (1) submit the draft through Articles for Creation rather than moving it to mainspace myself; (2) once it is accepted, propose any changes via edit requests on the talk page instead of editing the article directly; and (3) keep the article neutral and sourced to independent, reliable sources, removing anything promotional. Hello, I'm TurquoiseGoose. An edit that you recently made seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications is not allowed on Wikipedia, and may contain factually inaccurate statements, fictitious citations, or other problems. You should instead read reliable sources and then summarize those in your own words. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page, or ask your questions at the Teahouse, a friendly place for new users. Thanks. - TurquoiseGoose•they/them•(talk) 20:12, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
- Thank you. I did use AI assistance to draft, and I take full responsibility for the content. I've verified that every citation is a real, independent source that supports the text, and I'm now revising the article in my own words to ensure it's neutral and properly summarized. I've also disclosed my paid/COI status and am working through Articles for Creation. I'd welcome any specific concerns about sourcing or tone so I can address them. CoeusStrategies (talk) 20:26, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
- Hi, thanks for responding and disclosing. I want to note that paid Wikipedia edits (especially article creations) are very rarely successful because Wikipedia doesn't allow promotional content, as stated in the above messages. Even if the content is facual, the article can still be rejected or deleted if it is for promotion purposes (including "publicity" or "awareness"). Please read (and have your boss/client) read WP:BOSS. Thank you. - TurquoiseGoose•they/them•(talk) 21:20, 19 June 2026 (UTC)
