Anarchism

edit

Hi ChristoRobin,

I saw your work on articles related to anarchism and wanted to say hello, as I work in the topic area too. If you haven't already, you might want to watch our noticeboard for Wikipedia's coverage of anarchism, which is a great place to ask questions, collaborate, discuss style/structure precedent, participate in edit drives, and stay informed about content related to anarchism. Take a look for yourself!

We also have a mailing list if you'd like to be notified of upcoming edit drives.

Feel free to say hi on my talk page and let me know if these links were helpful (or at least interesting). Hope to see you around. czar 08:37, 27 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi Czar,
Thanks for the useful tips. I've bookmarked the noticeboard and signed up to the mailing list:-)

Spanish anarchist stubs

edit

Hey there! Thanks for helping to expand the article on Antònia Fontanillas. As someone who also works in this subject area, it's good to see someone else interested in improving our coverage of the Spanish anarchist movement. I was wondering if you'd be interested in helping expand some of our stub articles; these are among our shortest and least-detailed articles that are the most in need of improvement. Right now, we have 45 stub articles related to the Spanish anarchist movement that are in need of expansion, so feel free to take a crack at some of these if any of them interest you. --Grnrchst (talk) 10:11, 27 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hi Gren, thanks! I've had a quick look at the 45 stubs you have sent and I think I could probably help out with several of them. Actually it's very useful as I had been looking at Category:Anarchism stubs before that and most of them were completely out of my comfort zone. With the few edits I have done so far I've been trying to focus on female Spanish anarchists: not exclusively but I'll probably work around them for the near future. Probably a mixture of these stubs and other articles which can do with expanding. Also keeping an eye on differences between English, Spanish and Catalan articles which are sometimes quite different. Please feel free to point me to anything else which you think is useful - I really appreciate it:-) ChristoRobin (talk) 12:40, 27 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
I guess another thing would be our lists of requested articles, we have ones for Spanish anarchists and anarchist women, many of which have their own articles on other Wikipedias. I don't think it's necessarily an issue if there are differences between articles on each of the projects, as we all have our own way of doing things, but definitely feel free to port over information you think is important (just be sure to attribute the content properly and make sure the sources are relevant, reliable and verifiable). --Grnrchst (talk) 11:26, 28 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
Thanks, those look interesting as well. I'm working on something else now but will pick up on one of your suggestions for the next project:-) ChristoRobin (talk) 19:48, 28 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
